This is a Boston Butts only competition. All butts will be provided by the festival. Cookers are encouraged to bring ribs or brisket if you would like to show off for the general public but will not be provided nor judged by the SCBA. NO chicken please.

* 1st and 2nd Place will be judged by South Carolina BBQ Association Judges
"People's Choice" award will be voted on by the general public. As many ballots can be cast and each individual wishes to pay for. $1.00 per vote
**Returning Teams prize: All teams from 2008 who come back for 2009 will be eligible this prize.
