Think your Q is the best? Come try your hand against cookers from across both Carolinas.
This is a Boston Butts only competition. All butts will be provided by the festival. Cookers are encouraged to bring ribs or brisket if you would like to show off for the general public but will not be provided nor judged by the SCBA. NO chicken please.

* 1st and 2nd Place will be judged by South Carolina BBQ Association Judges
"People's Choice" award will be voted on by the general public. As many ballots can be cast and each individual wishes to pay for. Stuffing is encouraged so bring out all of your friends.
